For clear, hands-free Push-to-Talk from task one to done

Purpose-built for retail associates on the store floor, Jabra Perform 10 Wired Push-to-Talk (PTT) Earpiece acts as a value-adding endpoint for PTT software from Zebra and Zello with In-Line Microphone.

Perform 10 works with PTT software to give associates a quick, easy and reliable way to communicate, while staying heads-up, hands-free and focused on customers - from minute one of their shift.
Why add Perform 10 to your Push-to-Talk deployment?
Push-to-Talk apps from leading vendors like Zebra and Zello are powerful tools that simplify communication and improve associate productivity. But without a headset, PTT messages can be missed, overheard, or slower to act on.
That’s where Perform 10 comes in.

Keep workflows moving

Associates can send and receive Push-to-Talk messages without stopping to grab their handheld. They stay focused and communicate faster.

Never miss a message

Perform 10’s high-performance noise-cancelling mic filters out background noise to capture speech clearly the first time, while in-ear audio ensures important messages aren’t missed.

Protect the customer experience

Associates hear PTT messages in-ear, not out-loud from their handheld - so communication is private and customers aren't distracted.
Jabra Professional Audio

Plug in and hear every word

Even during peak trading hours, Perform 10’s high-performance microphone filters out store noise for clear, reliable communication across the floor. Audio plays directly in-ear to keep conversations private, while still allowing associates to stay aware of their surroundings - reducing repeats and customer disruption.
Shift-long Comfort & Fit

Plug in and be comfortable all shift long

We know that comfort is critical for adoption. That’s why Perform 10’s lightweight, discreet design is made to fit over 90% of ears*. Its adjustable ear piece and curved ear hook means it will stay comfortable and in-place on either ear, while the in-line controller has a rotating clip that easily attaches to different uniforms.

Ease of use drives adoption

Plug in and connect

Perform 10 is simple for associates to learn and use – no charging, no pairing, just USB-C plug-and-play. The adjustable ear piece and clip-on mic make it easy to get going, while the PTT button and volume controls are simple and accessible. This means less time training and fewer questions during rollout - so your teams can plug in and start communicating from minute one.
Built for Retail Environments

Plug in and keep going

Perform 10 might be small and light, but that doesn’t mean it’s  fragile. It’s IP67-rated for dust and water resistance, drop tested to 1.8m and reinforced to handle daily knocks, drops and cleaning. It can be sanitized easily with 70% isopropyl alcohol wipes, so it keeps performing shift after shift with fewer replacements.
PTT Beyond Retail

Plug in and expand your reach

Perform 10 is built for retail. But its core strengths also make it ideal for Push-to-Talk deployments in other sectors, from hospitality and healthcare to events and security. It delivers the same clarity, comfort, ease-of-use and durability - wherever hands-free communication is essential.

No, Perform 10 comes in a USB-C variant only, aligning with the EU’s universal-charging mandate.

Perform 10 is compatible with any USB-HID UC client, but not UC-certified. In PTT mode the button is reserved for channel talk; switch to 'TTT' via Jabra Direct for basic call control (answer/end plus volume up/down). Advanced features (mute, reject) are on other Perform models.

Yes, the earpiece is adjustable, allowing it to be extended and compressed to accommodate a wide range of ear sizes. The earpiece can also rotate, enabling Perform 10 to be worn on either the left or right ear.

The microphone is positioned on the top of the in-line controller, covered by a wind-protective metal mesh. The in-line controller should be placed 10-15 cm from the mouth to ensure optimal voice pickup, which guarantees clear audio performance for those receiving the message at the other end.
