Frequently asked questions
Perform 10 works with any USB-HID and CDC PTT apps. Out of the box it's tested to work with Zello and Zebra.
No, Perform 10 comes in a USB-C variant only, aligning with the EU’s universal-charging mandate.
Perform 10 is compatible with any USB-HID UC client, but not UC-certified. In PTT mode the button is reserved for channel talk; switch to 'TTT' via Jabra Direct for basic call control (answer/end plus volume up/down). Advanced features (mute, reject) are on other Perform models.
Yes, the earpiece is adjustable, allowing it to be extended and compressed to accommodate a wide range of ear sizes. The earpiece can also rotate, enabling Perform 10 to be worn on either the left or right ear.
The microphone is positioned on the top of the in-line controller, covered by a wind-protective metal mesh. The in-line controller should be placed 10-15 cm from the mouth to ensure optimal voice pickup, which guarantees clear audio performance for those receiving the message at the other end.
